Embassy Office Parks REIT and Hilton have opened the 211-key Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy TechVillage, strengthening hospitality infrastructure within Bengaluru’s Outer Ring Road business corridor and marking the first phase of a 529-key dual-branded hotel development.
Located within Embassy TechVillage, one of the city’s largest integrated business parks, the hotel is Hilton’s fourth property with Embassy REIT and will be followed later this year by a full-service Hilton Hotels & Resorts property, completing the dual-branded complex.
The development enhances Embassy TechVillage’s mixed-use ecosystem, which accommodates more than 100,000 users across technology, financial services, consulting and global capability centres. The hotel also benefits from direct access to the upcoming Kadubeesanahalli Metro Station, improving connectivity for corporate travellers and business visitors.
Jitu Virwani said the opening aligns with the group’s strategy of creating integrated business destinations that combine office space with hospitality, retail, infrastructure and lifestyle amenities.
Alan Watts said Bengaluru remains one of Hilton’s strongest growth markets, supported by sustained corporate demand, global business travel and increasing demand for branded hospitality.
The hotel features 211 guestrooms, flexible meeting facilities, a 24-hour fitness centre, temperature-controlled outdoor pool and two dining concepts—Desi Quotient, offering regional Indian cuisine, and Merigo, an all-day dining restaurant serving international fare.
The opening expands Hilton’s Bengaluru portfolio to 13 hotels, making the city the company’s largest market in India. The latest addition further reinforces the growing trend of integrating branded hospitality within large-scale commercial campuses to support business travel, meetings and long-term corporate demand.
