Espire Hospitality Limited has signed five new hotels across Rishikesh, Udaipur, and North Goa, advancing its strategy to double inventory and reach 30 operational properties by March 2026. The additions strengthen the group’s presence in high-demand leisure destinations while aligning with its vision of offering immersive travel experiences.
The new portfolio includes:

Country Inn, Rishikesh – Ganga-facing rooms, dining, recreation facilities including kids’ play area & arcade (Opening Nov 2025).

Smart Stays by Country Inn, Rishikesh – 31 rooms, rooftop pool & restaurant, gaming lounge (Opening Nov 2025).

Country Inn, Calangute (North Goa) – 44 rooms with private balconies, two restaurants including poolside bar, arcade (Opening Nov 2025).
Beyond the Country Inn portfolio, Espire plans three ultra-luxury openings in Mussoorie, Mumbai, and near Vrindavan, and is finalizing a ZANA Resort in Dehradun, expanding its foothold in premium segments.
