Grand Continent Hotels Limited has marked its entry into the Delhi NCR market with the launch of a new property in Gurugram, signalling a strategic expansion into North India. The company has also signed an additional 56-key hotel near the Google office in the city, reinforcing its commitment to the region.
Strategic Entry into a Corporate Hub
Located in Sector 45, Greenwood City, the Gurugram property is positioned to cater to corporate travellers, long-stay guests, and domestic leisure segments. Its proximity to key business districts and connectivity hubs makes it well-suited for the city’s fast-growing mid-market hospitality demand.
Strengthening Portfolio and Scale
The launch comes as the company scales to 30 properties across 17+ cities with over 1,800 keys. Grand Continent Hotels has built its presence by focusing on high-demand urban markets, standardized service delivery, and efficient operational models catering to both business and leisure travellers.
Expansion Plans Across North India
Founder and Managing Director Ramesh Siva highlighted that the Gurugram launch is part of a broader North India expansion strategy. The company is targeting key destinations including Delhi NCR, Ayodhya, Jaipur, Varanasi, Somnath, and Rameswaram.
Over the next two years, the brand plans to add 15 hotels across these cities, supported by an asset-light model and strategic partnerships aimed at enabling faster and more efficient growth.
Property Features and Amenities
The hotel offers 38 rooms, including Premium Rooms with balconies and Deluxe Rooms, designed with contemporary interiors. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, minibar, and dedicated workspaces.
The property also features Flavor’s, a multi-cuisine restaurant, a fitness centre, and concierge services. Banquet and conference facilities such as Blossom-1 and Blossom-2 cater to meetings and small events. Its location near Unitech Cyber Park and HUDA City Centre Metro enhances accessibility for guests.
Focus on Mid-Market Hospitality
With rising demand for organized mid-market hotels across NCR, the company sees North India as a key growth driver. Its strategy focuses on tapping high-demand micro-markets with scalable, value-driven offerings that balance affordability and quality.
Building a Pan-India Platform
Founded in 2011, Grand Continent Hotels continues to expand its footprint across India and select international markets including the USA and Dubai. The Gurugram launch marks a significant milestone in its journey toward building a pan-India hospitality platform rooted in consistency, accessibility, and operational efficiency.
