Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) has expanded the global footprint of its loyalty programme, Taj InnerCircle–NeuPass, by entering into marketing collaborations with Shangri-La Circle and MyMillennium, the loyalty platforms of Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts and Millennium Hotels & Resorts, respectively.
The partnerships will enable members of all three programmes to access reciprocal benefits across participating hotels worldwide, including preferred room rates and enhanced stay privileges through authenticated booking journeys across brand platforms.
Puneet Chhatwal, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, IHCL, said the collaborations strengthen Taj’s global loyalty ecosystem and create a seamless travel experience for members. He noted that the alliances reflect IHCL’s strategy of building long-term value through global partnerships that enhance guest engagement and exclusivity.
Shangri-La Group operates 105 luxury hotels across 78 destinations worldwide, offering more than 40,000 rooms across regions including Asia, Europe, the Middle East, North America, Africa, and Oceania. Its loyalty platform, Shangri-La Circle, positions itself as an integrated travel and lifestyle programme focused on personalised member experiences.
Millennium Hotels & Resorts, recognised as Singapore’s most valuable hotel brand by Brand Finance in 2025 for the second consecutive year, brings its MyMillennium loyalty programme into the collaboration, offering members access to its global portfolio and rewards ecosystem.
Taj, IHCL’s flagship brand, operates over 130 hotels across 14 countries, spanning palaces, city hotels, resorts, safari lodges, and serviced residences. In 2025, Taj was recognised by Brand Finance as the World’s Strongest Hotel Brand for the fourth time and India’s Strongest Brand for the fifth time.
