The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), India’s largest hospitality company, today announced the opening of Hari Ganga Niwas – IHCL SeleQtions in Haridwar, Uttarakhand. Nestled on the banks of the Ganges, this marks the brand’s second SeleQtions hotel in the city after the acclaimed Pilibhit House.

Dating back to 1913, Hari Ganga Niwas – IHCL SeleQtions has been lovingly restored into a heritage retreat. Located just beyond the bustling lanes of Haridwar’s riverside market, it offers serene sanctuaries with sweeping views of the river. Ghar Se, the hotel’s all-day vegetarian restaurant, serves soulful ghar ka khaana prepared with hyperlocal ingredients. Signature experiences include guided heritage walks, immersive culinary journeys, and private access to the evening Ganga Aarti at the hotel’s ghat.
