Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) has announced the signing of a Tree of Life resort in Nashik, Maharashtra, strengthening its presence in the state’s growing leisure and spiritual tourism market.
The upcoming Tree of Life Nashik will be located in Trimbakeshwar, a prominent spiritual destination known for the Trimbakeshwar Temple and its proximity to the Western Ghats. Spread over more than three acres, the 49-room resort will be set amid natural surroundings and will feature an all-day dining restaurant and bar, a meeting room, a swimming pool and a spa.
Nashik has gained prominence as a preferred short-haul getaway for travellers from Mumbai and Pune, driven by its blend of spirituality, scenic landscapes and outdoor experiences. The signing marks the debut of the Tree of Life brand in Nashik and further expands IHCL’s footprint in Maharashtra.
The project is being developed in partnership with Onzal Farms LLP. With this addition, IHCL will have four operational hotels in Nashik, along with two properties in the pipeline, reinforcing its growth strategy across key leisure destinations.
