IHG Hotels & Resorts, one of the world’s leading hotel companies, has signed a management agreement with DC Constructions, part of Urban Oasis Hospitality, to develop Holiday Inn Express Siliguri Bagdogra Airport. Scheduled to open in 2028, the 100-key greenfield hotel will strengthen IHG’s footprint in Eastern India and cater to the city’s growing business and transit demand.
Strategically located near Bagdogra International Airport, the hotel will serve travellers transiting to the Eastern Himalayas, North-East India, and neighbouring countries including Nepal, Bangladesh, and Bhutan.
As IHG’s largest and fastest-growing brand globally, Holiday Inn Express focuses on “more where it matters” — providing efficient, smart hospitality with its Generation 5 design, featuring flexible workspaces and refreshed modern aesthetics.
