A seasoned hotelier with a strong foundation in hospitality and at least 17 years of experience, Himanshu brings along operational expertise, strategic leadership, and a commitment to excellence in creating and delivering guest experiences.
Over the years, Himanshu has held key leadership roles across several iconic ITC Hotels, including ITC Narmada (Ahmedabad), ITC Grand Chola (Chennai), ITC Windsor (Bengaluru) ITC Mughal (Agra) and ITC Rajputana (Jaipur). Across each property, he has demonstrated a consistent ability to elevate service standards, foster high-performing teams, and drive guest satisfaction with precision and poise.
Himanshu’s association with ITC Hotels began early. He is a graduate of the Welcomgroup Management Institute, a stepping stone that launched his journey within ITC Hotels, one of India’s most respected luxury hospitality chains.
