Experience exclusive dishes including Venetian Style Grilled Scallops with Parmesan Crumb for an irresistible combination of flavours and textures, Bussara Style King Prawns with Tagliolini in its Own Bisque: Immerse yourself in the flavours of the sea with this exquisite dish featuring plump king prawns prepared in the traditional Bussara style, Squid Ink Risotto with Seared Black Cod – experience the allure of Venetian cuisine with this visually stunning dish creating a harmony of taste and presentation.
