LaRiSa Hotels and Resorts has expanded its footprint in Uttarakhand with the signing of LaRiSa Homes X 1 Partridge Hill, a four-bedroom luxury villa in Satoli near Mukteshwar. This marks the company’s fifth property in the state and the fourth under its boutique LaRiSa Homes brand.
Perched on a ridge with views of Nanda Devi and Trishul, the villa draws inspiration from local birdlife, with rooms named and designed around native species. The retreat blends homely comfort with sustainable luxury, offering solar power, rainwater harvesting, composting, and menus featuring local produce.
“LaRiSa Homes are intimate villas in offbeat destinations, designed to offer a perfect escape that feels like home while championing sustainability,” said Priya Thakur, Director, LaRiSa Hotels and Resorts.
Partner Seema Kundra of 1 Partridge Hill added, “Our association with LaRiSa will not only elevate the guest experience but also benefit the local community and promote the region’s unique character.”
Guests can enjoy stargazing, riverside picnics, forest walks, or cozy evenings by the fireplace. The property also features home-cooked meals, including Kumaoni specialties, Indian favourites, and global comfort dishes.
Located within driving distance of Mukteshwar, Almora, and Binsar, the villa is around eight hours from Delhi, with Pantnagar Airport and Kathgodam Railway Station providing closer access.
