Lemon Tree Hotels Limited has announced the opening of its newest property — Lemon Tree Hotel, Chandausi — marking the brand’s eighth presence in Uttar Pradesh. Located in the historically rich and well-connected town of Chandausi in the Sambhal district, the hotel offers a blend of modern comfort and local charm.
The 61-room hotel is being launched in two phases. As part of Phase I, 31 well-appointed rooms and Citrus Café, the hotel’s signature multi-cuisine restaurant, are now operational, along with expansive banquet facilities. Phase II will introduce the remaining 30 rooms and suites, the Republic of Noodles Pan-Asian restaurant, a poolside bar and grill, swimming pool, fitness center, and additional banquet spaces.
Ideally positioned on the railway route connecting Moradabad, Bareilly, and Delhi, Chandausi offers strong transit links while preserving the simplicity of a small town. The city’s name, originally “Chanda Si” or “moon-like,” reflects its serene character.
Commenting on the launch, Vishvapreet Singh Cheema stated, “We are pleased to announce the furthering of our footprint in Uttar Pradesh with the launch of our new property in Chandausi. This aligns with our vision to establish a widespread presence across all tiers of cities and become the most preferred hospitality chain in India.”
