Olive Hospitality, the hospitality platform of Embassy Group, has expanded its footprint with the launch of four new hotels across Hyderabad, Gurugram, Visakhapatnam and Bengaluru, adding 165 operational keys to its portfolio. The expansion takes the company’s operating inventory to 67 hotels with 2,599 keys and marks its entry into North India through its first property in Gurugram.
The latest openings strengthen Olive Hospitality’s presence in key business and commercial markets while supporting its strategy of building scale across high-demand urban corridors. The company’s signed portfolio now stands at 142 properties comprising 5,641 keys across 24 cities.
Among the new additions, Olive Gurugram represents a strategic milestone for the company. Located near Golf Course Extension Road and Cyber City, the property gives Olive a foothold in one of India’s largest corporate travel markets and is expected to support further expansion across the National Capital Region.
The company has also expanded its presence in Hyderabad’s technology hub through Olive Hi-Tech City, which caters to demand from HITEC City, Madhapur, Gachibowli and the Financial District. In Bengaluru, Olive JP Nagar strengthens the brand’s position in the city’s southern business corridor, while Olive Visakhapatnam marks its entry into one of Andhra Pradesh’s growing business, healthcare and tourism destinations.
Commenting on the development, Kahraman Yigit, Co-founder and CEO, Olive Hospitality, said the openings reflect the company’s continued growth momentum and the strength of its owner and partner network. He noted that following the launch of India’s first Spark by Hilton hotels earlier this year, the company is seeing strong traction across its multi-brand platform.
Yigit said the Gurugram opening marks an important step in Olive Hospitality’s North India expansion strategy, while reiterating that the company will continue to focus on growth in India’s leading business corridors. He added that Olive remains committed to building a technology-enabled operating platform that delivers operational efficiency and a consistent guest experience across markets.
The expansion follows the company’s launch of Spark by Hilton hotels in Bengaluru and Goa earlier this year and further strengthens its multi-brand portfolio spanning Olive Hotels, Spark by Hilton and Open Hotels.
