Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd. (ROHL) has expanded its presence into Telangana with the launch of Regenta Place Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad, marking the debut of the Regenta Place brand in Cyberabad.
Located in the heart of Hyderabad’s HITEC City, the hotel is aimed at both business and leisure travellers, offering a mix of contemporary hospitality and convenient urban connectivity.
The property enjoys close proximity to key commercial and lifestyle destinations, including Mindspace IT Hub, IKEA, Inorbit Mall and Shilparamam. Guests can also access leisure attractions such as Durgam Cheruvu, while the hotel remains well connected to Rajiv Gandhi International Airport and the Raidurg Metro Station.
The hotel features 74 rooms, including suites, executive rooms and business rooms, designed to provide comfort and functionality for modern travellers.
Amenities at the property include “Good Vibes Only,” a multi-cuisine café serving international and local dishes, along with a rooftop banquet venue spread across 3,000 square feet, suitable for conferences and social events.
Commenting on the launch, Chander K. Baljee said the opening marks the company’s entry into Telangana and aligns with its long-term 2030 expansion strategy. He added that Hyderabad’s growing IT ecosystem, heritage appeal and tourism potential make it an important market for the hospitality group.
