Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd. (ROHL), through its subsidiary Regenta Hotels Private Limited, has announced the opening of Z by Regenta City Centre Ahmedabad, further strengthening its presence in Gujarat and advancing its Vision 2030 growth strategy.
Located in Ahmedabad’s premium Vastrapur neighbourhood, the hotel is positioned between Himalaya Mall and Vastrapur Lake, offering convenient access to major business districts, transport hubs, shopping destinations, and tourist attractions. The property is approximately 15 km from Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport and 10 km from Ahmedabad Railway Station.
The hotel features 43 contemporary accommodations, including 42 Deluxe Rooms and one Suite, equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, ergonomic workspaces, minibars, smart entertainment facilities, and the brand’s signature Z Hug Pillows.
Designed for Gen Z and millennial travellers, the Z by Regenta brand combines modern design, digital-first convenience, comfort, and value-driven hospitality.
Guests can dine at Neighbourhood, the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant, which offers an extensive vegetarian menu featuring Indian, Oriental, and international favourites. The property also includes flexible meeting and event facilities capable of hosting up to 200 guests.
Commenting on the launch, Chairman and Managing Director Chander K. Baljee said that Ahmedabad’s growing appeal among business and leisure travellers makes it an ideal destination for the Z by Regenta brand, adding that the hotel will offer a vibrant and contemporary guest experience while maintaining Royal Orchid’s service standards.
The hotel has been developed in partnership with PrimeStay Hospitality, whose promoters highlighted the venture as the first step in building a larger hospitality presence across India’s key commercial destinations.
Z by Regenta City Centre Ahmedabad is now open and accepting reservations.
