Roseate Hotels & Resorts has announced a strategic partnership with event-tech platform Spalba to deploy 3D digital twin technology across its event spaces — marking a significant leap in digital adoption within India’s luxury hospitality sector.
Through this collaboration, Roseate will enable clients to virtually explore, design, and visualise event venues before making decisions. Spalba’s AI-powered platform creates immersive replicas of physical spaces, allowing planners to simulate décor, seating, and stage configurations in real time. The result: fewer physical site visits, faster booking cycles, and more efficient planning for corporate events, weddings, and high-end social gatherings.
“The future of hospitality will be shaped by how seamlessly digital experiences are integrated into core operations,” said Kush Kapoor, CEO, Roseate Hotels & Resorts. “For MICE and weddings, digital twins bring unmatched transparency and agility to the planning process. This isn’t just convenience — it’s a structural shift in how events are conceptualised and executed.”
Vishal Puri, Co-Founder, Spalba, added, “Technology is redefining how venues are marketed and experienced. Digital twins deliver measurable benefits — from accelerated sales cycles to improved client engagement — while positioning hotels at par with global innovation benchmarks.”
Early adopters of Spalba’s technology have reported higher conversion rates and stronger customer satisfaction. For Roseate, this partnership reinforces its reputation as a forward-thinking luxury brand investing in intelligent, design-led experiences.
The rollout will begin with Roseate’s flagship properties in India, with expansion plans to integrate the technology across its wider portfolio in the coming months.
