Royal Orchid & Regenta Hotels Ltd. has announced the signing of a new 51-key Regenta Resort in Bathinda, marking another milestone in the group’s expansion across Punjab. Developed in partnership with Firdaus Hotels Pvt. Ltd., the property will operate under a management agreement, reinforcing the company’s strategy to strengthen its presence in Tier-II cities with rising tourism and business potential.
Spread over 2.2 acres with a built-up area of 80,500 sq. ft., the resort will feature 51 rooms, a multi-cuisine restaurant and bar, spa, gym, swimming pool, banquet halls, and two large lawns suited for weddings and social events. Located 15 km from Bathinda Railway Station and 38 km from the airport, it offers convenient access to major highways and city landmarks.
Bathinda, among Punjab’s oldest cities, has evolved into a regional hub for agriculture, defence, and industry.
Commenting on the signing, Arjun Baljee, President of Royal Orchid & Regenta Hotels, said the new resort underscores the group’s commitment to growing in emerging destinations like Bathinda.
