Continuing its expansion in North India, Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd. (ROHL) has announced the signing of a new 43-key Regenta Place in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh, in partnership with Sarvan Kumar, Director of The Golden Castle. Set to open in September 2025, the resort will operate under ROHL’s asset-light management model.
Strategically located in the Shivalik Hills within a bustling pharmaceutical and industrial zone, the property will cater to both business and leisure travellers. Facilities will include a rooftop bar and restaurant, spa, gym, swimming pool, kids’ zone, and over 17,000 sq. ft. of event space—ideal for MICE events, destination weddings, and corporate retreats.
“This signing reinforces our commitment to high-potential, underserved markets,” said Arjun Baljee, President, ROHL. “Baddi offers the perfect blend of industry and nature, and we’re excited to bring the Regenta experience to this emerging hub.”
Mr. Sarvan Kumar added, “Our partnership with ROHL reflects a shared vision of delivering premium hospitality in new growth destinations. We look forward to welcoming guests to Regenta Place Baddi.”
