Operating under a franchise model, this innovative property exemplifies ROHL’s asset-light strategy and redefines hospitality through a one-of-a-kind cultural and eco-conscious concept.
Nestled in a tranquil setting, Regenta Resort Tropical Village will feature 35 cottages inspired by the cultural heritage, architecture, and cuisines of seven continents. The “Mangala Kutira” block, comprising 12 rooms, will uniquely explore India’s Pancha Bhootas and Pancha Tattva, offering guests an immersive dive into India’s ancient heritage.
