Royal Orchid & Regenta Hotels Ltd. (ROHL), among India’s fastest-growing hotel groups, has signed Regenta Place Udaipur, a 43-room property located in Nakoda Nagar, Udaipur, further expanding its footprint in Rajasthan.
The hotel will be operated under a management contract, in line with ROHL’s asset-light expansion strategy. Positioned to cater to both leisure travellers and the city’s strong wedding and social events market, the property will offer contemporary accommodation alongside extensive indoor and outdoor banqueting facilities.
Regenta Place Udaipur will house a 7,000 sq. ft. indoor banquet hall and a 30,000 sq. ft. landscaped lawn, making it well-suited for destination weddings, large celebrations and social gatherings. The hotel is being developed by Mokkshi Hospitality & Services, owned by Amit Jain, and enjoys a strategic location with easy access to Udaipur’s key attractions and established wedding circuits.
Scheduled to open by March 2026, the property will add a versatile events-led hospitality offering to the City of Lakes under the Regenta Place brand.
