The opening, attended by hospitality leaders including Federico J. González, Board Director, Groupe du Louvre; K. Syama Raju, President, FHRAI; Ajay K. Bakaya, Chairman, Sarovar Hotels & Director, Louvre Hotels India; and Jatin Khanna, CEO, Sarovar Hotels, marks a milestone as Sarovar’s third owned hotel and the first under the Sarovar Portico brand.
Positioned in one of South India’s fastest-growing industrial hubs, the 156-room hotel blends eco-conscious design with modern business hospitality. Features include a purified water supply in guestrooms, solar power, rainwater harvesting, energy-efficient systems, and an in-house bottling plant—making it Sarovar’s most sustainability-forward property yet.

Guests can enjoy diverse dining experiences, including SPR Kitchen, the all-day dining restaurant introducing the region’s first “Bowl Meal” concept in eco-friendly ware, and Chola Lounge, a tropical-themed bar with handcrafted cocktails and bar bites.
The hotel also offers 7,245 sq. ft. of flexible event space, anchored by Summit, the region’s largest 4,770 sq. ft. pillar-less banquet hall, alongside modular venues for conferences, weddings, and social gatherings.
