Sterling Holiday Resorts has announced a landmark achievement, crossing INR 5,202 million in revenue for FY25—a 13% year-on-year growth. This marks a significant milestone in the company’s journey, which also includes 20 consecutive profitable quarters and a debt-free status. Sterling recorded a robust EBITDA margin of 34% for the year.
The leisure hospitality brand expanded its portfolio to 61 resorts with 3,254 rooms across 53 destinations, including new properties in Jaisalmer (Rajasthan), Tipeshwar (Maharashtra), and Amritsar (Punjab). Sterling now spans 17 states, with clusters in Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Rajasthan, and Maharashtra. Its thematic offerings include wildlife, Himalayan, and spiritual destinations, alongside a focus on “bleisure” with properties in Madurai, Karwar, and Bokaro.
