Tivoli Hospitality Group will open Aarunya Club & Convention by Tivoli in Greater Noida on November 15, 2026, with 71 rooms and an expanded portfolio of indoor and outdoor event venues targeting weddings, social celebrations, leisure stays and the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (MICE) segment.
The property, located at R3, Knowledge Park II, has increased its room inventory from the previously announced 60 keys. Its event infrastructure includes three indoor venues, a 50,000 sq. ft. open lawn and an 8,000 sq. ft. poolside venue. Its proximity to the India Expo Centre & Mart also positions it to cater to exhibition visitors, corporate groups and business travellers.
“Our vision for Aarunya Club & Convention by Tivoli is to create a complete hospitality destination where guests can stay, unwind, celebrate and connect,” said Akshay Gupta, Executive Director, Tivoli Hospitality Group. He added that the expanded accommodation and event facilities would allow the property to cater to weddings, family celebrations, leisure stays and corporate gatherings.
The indoor venues comprise the 17,000 sq. ft. Glass House, with a capacity of 500 guests; the 12,000 sq. ft. Grand Ballroom, accommodating 400 guests; and the 10,000 sq. ft. Regalia Hall, with capacity for 350 guests. The outdoor lawn can host up to 1,500 guests, while the poolside venue can accommodate 200.
According to Aryaman Gupta, Director, Tivoli Hospitality Group, the combination of indoor venues and outdoor spaces is intended to address varied event requirements, from weddings and receptions to corporate gatherings and gala evenings.
The 71-room inventory is designed to support residential weddings, family getaways and corporate stays, allowing guests to combine accommodation with events and business engagements at the property.
The group is also targeting MICE demand, leveraging the property’s location near the India Expo Centre & Mart. Its facilities are expected to cater to conferences, networking events, residential business programmes and exhibition-related stays.
“Alongside weddings and social celebrations, we see scope to serve corporate groups, exhibition visitors and leisure travellers looking for a well-connected destination in Greater Noida,” said Ishan Gupta, Executive Director, Tivoli Hospitality Group.
He added that the development blueprint includes planned energy-efficient systems, water conservation initiatives, responsible waste management and environmentally conscious landscaping.
Aarunya Club & Convention is part of Tivoli Hospitality Group’s expansion across Delhi NCR and North India. The group currently operates 15 hospitality assets, with 10 additional projects at various stages of development and planning.
