WelcomHeritage has launched WelcomHeritage Arka Resort & Spa, Rishikesh, a serene Himalayan retreat overlooking the Shivalik range. Spread across 3.5 acres at 4,300 ft in Patti Talla, Kund Silogi, the resort faces blue-hued mountains, natural kunds, and the point where the Ganges enters the plains. The 30 km approach from Tapovan runs through Rajaji National Park, home to diverse wildlife.
Inspired by the five elements, the resort blends modern comfort with Himalayan calm. It offers 25 chalets across four categories—Deluxe, Family, Premium, and a Luxury Chalet with private pool—featuring Tudor-style design, pine-log ceilings, wide windows, and minimalist interiors. All units include Wi-Fi, air-conditioning/heating, flat-screen TV, tea/coffee maker, mini bar, and electronic safe.
CEO Ashutosh Chhibba notes that Arka strengthens WelcomHeritage’s commitment to meaningful stays rooted in nature, wellness, and regional culture.
Facilities include a multi-cuisine restaurant with Sattvik, vegan, organic and Pahari dishes, a bar with curated beverages, a soon-to-open Vedic–Ayurvedic spa, swimming pool, yoga room, gym, and nature trails.
Event spaces include a central lawn (50 pax), poolside (80 pax), and a 400-guest event lawn. Accessible via Dehradun Airport (66 km), the resort is close to Patna Waterfalls, Ganga Beach, rafting points, Laxman Jhula, and Neelkanth Mahadev Temple. It is now open for bookings.
