Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), India’s largest hospitality company, announced the signing of a Gateway hotel in Dwarka, New Delhi. This greenfield project will mark the debut of the Gateway brand in the capital city that will be situated within The Omaxe State, India’s first integrated sports-cum-commercial arena, in Sector 19B, Dwarka, New Delhi.

The 158-key Gateway Dwarka, New Delhi will be part of The Omaxe State that is spread across 50 acres and offers prime connectivity and accessibility. The hotel will seamlessly complement its diverse world-class ecosystem, which includes 4.2 km of Hybrid Retail Spaces, over 40 dining options and one of the largest F&B spaces spanning more than 5 lakh sq ft. entertainment zones, lifestyle spaces, and an ICC and FIFA-standard multi-sports stadium with a capacity for over 30,000 spectators. Additionally, an International Indoor Multi-Sport Stadium, accommodating 2,000 spectators, will be part of this state-of-the-art facility, ensuring that Delhi can host major international sporting events.

With over 25,800 sq. ft. of versatile banqueting space, the hotel is the ideal destination to host conferences, social gatherings, and celebratory events. Developed in partnership with Delhi Development Authority (DDA) in a public private partnership model, The Omaxe State is expected to be completed by 2027, offering a world class sporting infrastructure and a premium lifestyle experience.
