Global hospitality leader Accor has strengthened its presence across Asia in 2025 with new signings, landmark openings, and expanding brand footprints — including three new hotel signings in India.
In India, Accor announced the Pullman Dehradun Jollygrant, Novotel Indore, and ibis Indore, expanding its reach into high-growth regional cities. These developments are part of Accor’s broader pipeline of over 230 hotels and 60,000 keys under development across Asia, spanning premium, midscale, and economy segments.
The Group’s momentum has been driven by the continued success of brands such as Mercure, Novotel, Pullman, and ibis, as well as the growing appeal of lifestyle brands under Ennismore, including TRIBE and Mama Shelter.
Accor’s 2025 milestones include the opening of Novotel New Delhi City Centre, enhancing its footprint in India’s capital, alongside key regional launches such as Pullman Hai Phong Grand Hotel (Vietnam) and TRIBE Phuket Patong (Thailand).
Andrew Langdon, Chief Development Officer, Asia, said, “India and Asia remain central to Accor’s growth story. Our focus is on delivering diverse hospitality experiences that resonate with modern travellers while deepening partnerships in emerging markets.”
