Himmaleh Spirirts introduces artisanal cold-brew coffee liqueur, Bandarful

Himmaleh Spirits announces the launch of Bandarful, an artisanal cold-brew coffee liqueur that’s all about wild adventures, lively spirits, and a tribute to our long-tailed Langur friends from the heart of Kumaon. After the resounding success of its inaugural product, Kumaon & I, India’s first Provincial Dry Gin, the distillery is paving its path towards breaking the norms of Indian alco-bev industry.
Fully brewed (for over 22 hours) and blended in-house, Bandarful takes you on an endearing and adventurous journey across Kumaon’s grain fields, to Chikmagalur’s coffee estates, and fruit trees, crafting a cold brew coffee liqueur that’s as versatile as the mischievous simian that inspired it. Made with hyperlocal rice, Himalayan spring water, and medium dark single estate Arabica coffee beans from the foothills of western ghats, every bottle is a wild celebration of India’s diverse terroir.
The story begins with our chief of staff in Kumaon, the jovial local Langur swinging from treetops, traveling with his rapturous cousins to distant terrains to pick the robust and sweet coffee cherries that land in our bottles. Not just a liqueur but also a barrel of limitless fun, Bandarful is a tribute to its origins and the community that made it possible. And our endearing long-tailed chatterbox chieftain, an indispensable part of the local Kumaoni life, innocently takes full credit for creation of Bandarful, making it India’s first branch-to-bottle spirit.
