Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), India’s leading hospitality brand, has announced the signing of a new Ginger hotel in Bommasandra, Bengaluru. This 125-key greenfield property, strategically located in the Jigani Industrial Area, aims to cater to the growing demand from commercial and industrial hubs in the region.
Ms. Suma Venkatesh, Executive Vice President, Real Estate & Development, IHCL, said, “Bengaluru’s expanding infrastructure and connectivity make it a key market. The hotel will embody Ginger’s lean luxe design philosophy, offering vibrant, contemporary spaces for work and leisure. Amenities include the signature Qmin all-day diner, a bar, meeting rooms, and a fitness centre.
This project marks IHCL’s 26th hotel in Karnataka, including 13 under development, further cementing its footprint in the state.
