Courtyard by Marriott Tiruchirappalli Appoints Jitendra Singh Rathore as Executive Chef

Courtyard by Marriott Tiruchirappalli is thrilled to announce the appointment of Jitendra Singh Rathore as its new Executive Chef. With an impressive career spanning over two decades and a wealth of experience gained from working in renowned hotels across the country, Chef Rathore brings exceptional expertise and knowledge to the culinary team at Courtyard by Marriott Tiruchirappalli.

Chef Jitendra embarked on his culinary journey in 2003 at Oberoi Rajvilas in Jaipur. From the beginning, he showcased his passion for the culinary arts and a commitment to perfection. Throughout his career, he has had the privilege of working with a diverse range of international clientele in cities such as Delhi, Goa, Jaipur, Pune, Agra, and Raipur. Prior to joining Courtyard by Marriott Tiruchirappalli, Chef Jitendra held the position of culinary lead at Compass Group in Karnataka and was also involved in the pre-opening of Courtyard by Marriott Sindhu Bhawan Road in Ahmedabad.

Having worked in various capacities with renowned hospitality brands such as Taj Rambagh Palace in Jaipur, Hyatt Regency in Pune, Hyatt Palace in Goa, and The Claridges Hotel Surajkund in Delhi-NCR, Chef Jitendra possesses a deep understanding of different cultures, regional cuisines, and indigenous ingredients. His extensive experience and training alongside international chefs have honed his skills in developing specialized menus spanning a wide range of culinary traditions. In recognition of his talent and dedication, he was nominated as one of the top five chefs of the year at the Hoteliers India Awards in 2019.

His culinary skills have earned him a spot in Master Chef India as a Judge. He has also been portrayed in many episodes of the cooking show, INH Tadka on INH news channel, He travels across the country and has earned the title of Celebrity Chef, as he displays his skills for the world to see.

With his profound knowledge of flavours, Chef Jitendra is set to curate a distinctive gastronomic experience for guests at Courtyard by Marriott Tiruchirappalli. He will continue Marriott’s legacy of offering a diverse array of global flavours and authentic local delicacies.
