India’s largest food and beverage convergence is set to take place at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, on August 5–6, 2025, bringing together two major platforms — the 14th Indian Restaurant Congress (IRC) and the debut edition of Coffee & Tea Asia (CTA) — under one roof.
As India’s $95.75 billion restaurant industry accelerates at over 10% annually, this dual-format summit will host over 2,000 key players from across the dining, delivery, and beverage sectors. Themed “A Global Outlook,” IRC 2025 will explore India’s emergence as a global culinary force. Keynotes, panels, and breakout sessions will dive into topics such as phygital formats, hyperlocal expansion, immersive dining, kitchen automation, and 10-minute delivery ecosystems.
The event will conclude with the Indian Restaurant Awards & Culinary Innovation Awards 2025, celebrating excellence across legacy and next-gen foodservice models.
Coffee & Tea Asia 2025, launching alongside IRC, will be India’s first dedicated platform for the café and specialty beverage ecosystem. From sustainable sourcing and new-age brewing to equipment innovation and experiential café formats, the event aims to capture the pulse of Asia’s next beverage boom.
Divided into four curated zones — ReStart, ReSupply, ReSoft, and ReSpaces — the summit will offer unmatched opportunities for business networking, product discovery, and strategic partnerships.
