TAJGVK Hotels & Resorts Ltd announced its financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2025, posting its strongest Q1 performance to date. The company reported a 15% year-on-year increase in operating revenue, reaching INR106.39 crore.
Chairman Dr. GVK Reddy attributed the strong performance to sustained demand across the company’s markets. “TAJGVK has reported its best first-quarter performance, led by a 15% growth in operating revenue. The outlook for the coming quarters remains strong given the sustained demand buoyancy in the markets we are present in,” he said. The quarter’s income also included INR20.21 crore as dividend received from its joint venture company, Green Woods Palaces and Resorts Private Limited.
Green Woods Palaces & Resorts Pvt Ltd, which operates the Taj Santacruz in Mumbai, reported income of INR54.45 crore and an EBITDA of INR20.62 crore during the same quarter.
