Raga Svara, a family-run boutique luxury retreat, has introduced its first-ever 14-day Holistic Healthy Ageing Retreat, designed to help guests embrace ageing with vitality, balance, and mindfulness. The program blends Ayurveda and Yoga to create a science-backed, integrative wellness experience that goes beyond conventional “anti-ageing” approaches.
Drawing from the founding family’s association with RK University’s Ayurveda College, the retreat offers therapies such as Shashtika Shali Pinda Sweda, Shirodhara, and Panchakarma, complemented by practices like Nasya and Shiro Pada Abhyanga. These therapies aim to detoxify the body, reduce inflammation, improve sleep, and enhance mental clarity.
Guests also engage in yoga and pranayama sessions—Bhramari, Anulom Vilom, and Sheetali—to strengthen flexibility, posture, and cognitive balance. “We believe ageing should be embraced as a conscious journey of vigour and restoration,” said Mohit Patel, Co-Founder & CEO, Raga Svara. “Our retreat nurtures harmony between body, mind, and spirit through Ayurveda and Yoga.”
Raga Svara plans to expand its wellness offerings with more immersive programs over the next few years.
