The Tivoli Hotel, Chattarpur, has secured Five-Star Certification from the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, marking a major upgrade in Delhi’s luxury hospitality landscape. The classification was awarded within one year of the hotel’s launch, positioning it among India’s fastest properties to achieve the rating.
Tivoli Hospitality Group confirmed the certification follows comprehensive audits of accommodation, safety protocols, hygiene compliance, service training, security infrastructure, front-office efficiency, concierge operations, and F&B standards, all aligned to the government’s five-star classification norms.
Amit Sood, CEO, Tivoli Hospitality Group, said the certification will accelerate the group’s luxury strategy. “This strengthens our resolve to deliver higher benchmarks in hospitality,” he stated.
Akshay Gupta, Executive Director, credited Chairman Rohit Gupta, noting his role in steering the brand from large-format banqueting into luxury hospitality, weddings, MICE, and mega events, enabling operational maturity required for classification.
The property houses 132 rooms, including a Presidential and Junior Suite, along with five banquet halls and three outdoor lawns capable of hosting events for up to 3,000 guests. The hotel also operates three restaurants—Pan-Asian (Zuun), Mediterranean poolside dining (Blue Grotto), and global all-day dining (Aria).
The five-star status reinforces Tivoli’s expansion plans across North India and strengthens its foothold in the luxury hotel and events segment.
