PBP EcoAqua Secures Large-Scale Hospitality Mandate
PBP EcoAqua has secured a major mandate to supply in-house water bottling plant solutions across the India portfolio ofRadisson Hotel Group and Louvre Hotels Group (Sarovar).
The development marks one of the most significant in-house bottling initiatives in India’s hospitality sector, aligning with the industry’s growing focus on sustainable and operationally efficient solutions.
Expanding Across a Growing Hotel Network
The mandate spans a rapidly expanding network, with Radisson operating over 200 hotels in India and targeting 500 properties by 2030. Meanwhile, Louvre Hotels continues to grow its footprint through the Sarovar brand portfolio.
This scale positions the rollout as a key infrastructure initiative supporting sustainability and operational consistency across multiple hospitality brands.
Strengthening Sustainable Hotel Operations
In-house bottling systems are increasingly being adopted by hotels to reduce single-use plastic consumption, optimise supply chains and improve quality control.
PBP EcoAqua’s turnkey solutions are designed to integrate seamlessly into hotel operations, enabling properties to manage water bottling internally while maintaining global quality standards.
Leadership on Strategic Win
Commenting on the development, P. B. Prasad, Founder, PBP EcoAqua, said, “This mandate reflects the confidence leading global hospitality brands place in our execution capability and service standards. We see this as both a privilege and a responsibility. Our focus will remain on delivering consistent quality, operational efficiency, and sustainable solutions across every location.”
Rigorous Evaluation and Long-Term Value
Shefali Prasad, Business Development Director, PBP EcoAqua, said, “This has been among the most rigorous, detailed, and professionally demanding evaluation processes we have engaged in — spanning over eight months. The depth of diligence and engagement reflects the seriousness of the mandate and reinforces our confidence in delivering long-term value across the portfolio.”
Execution and Rollout Strategy
Highlighting operational readiness, Prateek Prasad, Director – Projects, added, “Our teams, systems, and execution frameworks are fully aligned and prepared to scale responsibly to meet this mandate. We are confident in our ability to deliver with consistency, speed, and precision across locations.”
The rollout is scheduled to begin in April 2026, following a phased implementation plan across the hotel portfolios.
Driving Scalable Hospitality Infrastructure
With a portfolio of over 100 clients, presence across 40 cities and delivery of more than 55 million bottles, PBP EcoAqua continues to strengthen its position in the hospitality infrastructure space.
This mandate reinforces the shift toward sustainable, in-house solutions in hotel operations, as brands increasingly prioritise environmental responsibility alongside operational efficiency.
