Café Delhi Heights, known for its quirky and relaxed vibe, is preparing for a major expansion. The brand plans to increase its outlets from 46 to 120 by 2028. This ambitious goal is a key part of its long-term strategy and aims to boost the brand’s revenue to an impressive INR 500 crore, according to co-founder Vikrant Batra. He also informed that , This next phase of growth will see the brand deepen its presence in tier-I cities like Mumbai, while also entering emerging tier-II markets such as Meerut and Mohali.
Batra attributes the brand’s confidence to “the love, trust, and continued support we’ve received from our patrons.”While the brand has traditionally grown on its own, this new phase welcomes strategic partnerships. Batra stated, “Any strategic partnership that aligns with our values and can contribute meaningfully to helping the brand reach the heights we aspire to will be warmly welcomed.”
This growth ambition is deeply connected to the brand’s daily commitment to its customers. The seasonal monsoon menu highlights this connection. The recent rains set a lovely stage for a spread that offered both comfort and culinary excitement. The classic masala chai and pakora combination hit all the right notes with its steaming, fragrant tea and a plate of perfectly crisp pakoras, available in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.

The kitchen’s creativity shone in its more adventurous dishes. The Roasted Pecan Nuts Chicken and Pecan Pasta was delightful mix of textures, with the nutty crunch of pecans perfectly complementing the tender meat and pasta. This inventive spirit continued in the pecan nuts toast, presenting a well-executed blend of flavours. The ‘Juicy Lucy Burger’ lived up to its name, offering a lip-smacking experience which balanced the menu’s traditional side. To wash it all down, the drink options were equally impressive, including a classic mango and banana shake, a refreshing detox green smoothie, and a zesty berry punch.
Beyond its tasty seasonal menu, Café Delhi Heights is implementing a thoughtful expansion plan. The immediate focus is on strengthening its presence in high-potential tier -I cities like Mumbai, while also looking into promising tier – II markets such as Meerut and Mohali. This two-fold strategy aims to support measured growth while introducing the brand to a larger audience, informed Batra.
Batra credits the brand’s success in a fast-moving market to a mix of consistency and innovation. “We’ve found our strength in balancing our core values with continuous evolution,” he said. This approach is clear in new menu items and the brand’s exploration of new concepts.
While food remains at the core of the brand, Café Delhi Heights is also branching into new formats. The launch of the cloud kitchen brand Juicy Lucy Burgers and premium dining spots like Ikigai in Delhi and Sarava in Goa reflects a vision that goes beyond traditional casual dining.
As Café Delhi Heights readies itself to face the challenges of a rapidly growing market, it feels optimistic about its strategy. “Challenges only feel like challenges when you view them that way. At Café Delhi Heights, we’ve always seen them as opportunities to learn, adapt, and grow. Whether it was staying relevant in a fast-changing market, scaling operations without compromising on quality, or building the right team, we’ve embraced each hurdle as a stepping stone”, Batra concluded.
