DeVANS Breweries has entered India’s premium gin market with the launch of Gingalalahu, an Indian Craft Dry Gin handcrafted with nine exotic botanicals and distilled in 200-litre small-batch pot stills.
Bottled at 42.8% ABV,Gingalalahu is produced without artificial flavourings or added sweeteners, with its flavour profile derived entirely from carefully selected botanicals and spices. The company said the gin is inspired by the philosophy of “Nature’s Symphony in a Bottle” and is designed to deliver a balanced, refreshing and premium drinking experience.
Commenting on the launch, Prem Dewan, Chairman and Managing Director of DeVANS Modern Breweries, said the company’s entry into the premium craft gin segment reflects growing consumer demand for authentic, high-quality spirits rooted in craftsmanship. He added that the launch reinforces DeVANS’ vision of creating premium Indian spirits with global appeal.
