The Federation of Hotel & Restaurant Associations of India (FHRAI) on August 21 inaugurated its 56th Annual Convention at Taj Ganges, Varanasi, bringing together hospitality leaders, policymakers and tourism stakeholders from India and abroad. The three-day convention, themed “Ananta Kashi: Leading the Future of Tourism through Spirit, Culture, Cuisine, and Craft,” is expected to draw more than 2,000 delegates.
FHRAI President Surendra Kumar Jaiswal, Radisson Hotel Group’s K B Kachru and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts’ Dimitris Manikis addressed the opening ceremony, alongside senior government representatives from Uttar Pradesh, Goa and Odisha.
