Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) has announced the opening of Bandra House, Mumbai – IHCL SeleQtions, a boutique luxury hotel designed to celebrate the unique character, culture, and heritage of one of Mumbai’s most iconic neighbourhoods.
Located on Turner Road in the heart of Bandra, the 39-key property has been conceptualised as a reflection of the suburb’s vibrant identity, blending heritage influences with contemporary hospitality. The hotel joins IHCL’s growing SeleQtions portfolio, which focuses on distinctive hotels rooted in their local context and destination stories.

At the heart of the hotel is the Bandra House Living Room, a dining space inspired by the neighbourhood’s coastal roots and culinary diversity. The menu highlights local flavours and seasonal produce, celebrating the region’s rich food culture.
The hotel also offers a range of curated experiences designed to showcase Bandra’s creative and cultural landscape. These include A Culinary Pilgrimage, The Bandra Bungalow Walk, Starlit Strolls on Bandstand Promenade, and Rhythm of the ’Burbs, allowing guests to explore the stories, architecture, and artistic spirit that define the suburb.
