Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), India’s largest hospitality group, has announced the signing of a new Vivanta hotel in Mysuru, marking another milestone in its growth journey.
Suma Venkatesh, Executive Vice President – Real Estate & Development, IHCL, stated, “Mysuru’s rich cultural heritage, expanding economy, and improved connectivity through projects like the Bengaluru-Mysuru Expressway make it a key destination. This signing aligns with IHCL’s focus on growing in emerging urban and cultural hubs. We are excited to collaborate with the Farah Group on this project.”
The 115-key Vivanta Mysuru, located near the Hebbal Industrial Area, will offer a range of modern amenities, including an all-day dining restaurant, a bar, a gym, and a swimming pool. Meeting and event spaces will cater to both corporate and social gatherings.

Renowned for its royal heritage, Mysuru boasts iconic attractions like Mysuru Palace, Chamundi Hills, and Brindavan Gardens. With this addition, IHCL now has 26 hotels in Karnataka, 12 of which are under development.
