Manglam Group has strengthened its hospitality portfolio with the signing of a 220-key Sheraton hotel in partnership with Marriott International. The project, being developed on Jaipur–Ajmer Highway (NH-48), will involve an investment of approximately ₹350 crore and forms part of the developer’s broader ₹1,000 crore hospitality expansion roadmap.
Spread across more than 3 lakh sq. ft., the upcoming hotel will be strategically located along one of Jaipur’s fastest-growing hospitality and commercial corridors, offering connectivity to Ajmer, Pushkar, Kishangarh and Jaipur International Airport. Its proximity to Mahindra World City SEZ is also expected to support corporate travel and MICE demand.
The signing marks Manglam Group’s third collaboration with Marriott International and further expands its hospitality presence across Jaipur’s key growth corridors. The project joins the group’s existing hospitality developments, including Westin Jaipur on Delhi Road and Fern by Marriott in Jagatpura, creating a diversified hospitality footprint across the city.
Designed as a luxury hotel, the Sheraton Jaipur will feature 220 rooms and curated guest experiences inspired by Rajasthan’s cultural heritage, while incorporating the brand’s globally recognised hospitality standards. The property is expected to cater to the growing demand for destination weddings, leisure travel, business tourism and large-format events in Jaipur.
Industry observers note that the development reflects continued investor confidence in Jaipur’s hospitality market, driven by strong tourism demand, expanding infrastructure and the city’s growing prominence as a wedding and events destination. The addition of an internationally branded hotel is also expected to enhance Jaipur’s appeal among domestic and international travellers seeking premium hospitality experiences.
