Sayaji Hotels Limited has entered into a 14 years and 11 months lease agreement with The Vajrapani and Karma Chimie Bhutia for hotel management and operations, further strengthening its managed portfolio.
Disclosed under SEBI’s Regulation 30, the non-related party agreement covers a hotel comprising 32 rooms, one banquet hall, and one restaurant. Sayaji Hotels will operate the property under either the Effotel by Sayaji or Enrise by Sayajibrand, based on market positioning.
The long-term lease underscores Sayaji Hotels’ strategy of expanding through asset-light management and lease models while ensuring operational stability and brand-led growth.
