At ibis Hyderabad HITEC City, The Groove Hub arrives as a refreshing addition to Hyderabad’s casual dining scene, bringing together relaxed alfresco vibes, comforting food and warm hospitality. Designed as an open-air dining space that reflects ibis’ youthful and social energy, the restaurant creates the kind of atmosphere where guests can slow down, unwind and simply enjoy the evening.
The first thing that stands out at The Groove Hub is the warmth of the experience. We have noticed that, Manoj Kumar Pulle, Assistant Manager Restaurant and Bar is constantly present on the floor, engaging with diners with genuine attentiveness, while the Executive Chef , Prakash Arekatla personally interacts with guests and walks them through the menu with enthusiasm. That personal touch gives the restaurant an easy charm that instantly makes guests feel comfortable.
The menu of Groove Hub is playful and flavour-forward, balancing regional favourites with global comfort dishes. Among the highlights is the Nalla Karam Paneer Vepudu, where soft paneer cubes are tossed with curry leaves, coriander and garlic powder, and the showstopper Nalla Karam Podi, which is a traditional, spicy Andhra condiment made by grinding roasted red chilies, garlic, lentils (chana/urad dal), coriander seeds, and tamarind, creating a spicy and earthy dish packed with Andhra flavours. The Karevepaku Chicken Tikka brings smoky flavours with aromatic curry leaves coating juicy pieces of chicken, while the Thotakura Tawa Chicken delivers a more comforting, homestyle flavour profile with the richness of amaranth leaves.
The Hummus Bush adds a refreshing Middle Eastern touch to the menu, with smooth, creamy hummus paired beautifully with warm breads and tangy mango slices, making it a light yet satisfying starter for the table.
The Royyala Vepudu captures Hyderabad’s bold spice palate perfectly, with prawns coated in fiery masala that keeps you going back for another bite. On the global side, the Pav Bhaji Fondue adds a fun twist to the iconic street food favourite, served with buttery toasted skewered pav for sharing. The Tangra Style Chilli Chicken brings Kolkata’s iconic Indo-Chinese flavours alive with addictive smoky wok-tossed chicken, bold spices.
The Egg Shin Ramen Bowl combines spicy broth, noodles, vegetables and soft-boiled egg into a comforting dish that works especially well after a long day.
The beverage menu complements the food beautifully. The Mango Musheerabad Mojito is tropical, refreshing and full of fresh mango and mint flavours, while the Raw Mango Cooler in aam panna style delivers nostalgic summer flavours. The Watermelon Juice keeps things light and refreshing, and the Sangria Mocktail adds a fruity balance to the meal.
Dessert ends the experience on a comforting note with the Golden Nectar Rasgulla Custard with Saffron. Soft rasgullas soaked in creamy saffron custard create a rich and indulgent finish without feeling too heavy.
Beyond the food, it is the ambience that truly ties everything together. With warm lighting, lively music and an easygoing atmosphere, The Groove Hub feels like the perfect place to catch up with friends over drinks after a hectic day. The relaxed energy, combined with thoughtful hospitality and flavour-packed food, makes it the kind of place you leave feeling lighter, happier and already planning your next visit.
