Ventive Hospitality Ltd reported strong financial performance for FY26, driven by robust growth across its hospitality and annuity businesses. The company posted a significant rise in profitability, with consolidated Profit After Tax (PAT) surging 939 percent year-on-year to ₹502 crore for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
The company’s consolidated revenue for FY26 stood at ₹2,666 crore, registering a 24 percent growth compared to the previous financial year. EBITDA grew 28 percent year-on-year to ₹1,299 crore, while EBITDA margins expanded by two percentage points to 49 percent.
In the fourth quarter of FY26, consolidated revenue increased 21 percent year-on-year to ₹870 crore. Quarterly EBITDA rose 28 percent to ₹476 crore, with EBITDA margins improving to 55 percent. PAT for the quarter stood at ₹259 crore, up 72 percent year-on-year.
Ventive’s hospitality business continued to remain a major growth driver. Hospitality revenue for FY26 stood at ₹1,980 crore, reflecting a 23 percent increase year-on-year. Hospitality EBITDA rose 33 percent to ₹735 crore, with EBITDA margins improving to 37 percent.
For Q4 FY26, the hospitality segment generated revenue of ₹658 crore, up 13 percent year-on-year, while EBITDA stood at ₹295 crore. The company noted that hospitality revenues and margins during the quarter were impacted by geopolitical tensions and travel restrictions.
Ventive’s annuity portfolio, comprising commercial real estate and retail assets in Pune, also delivered stable performance. The annuity business reported FY26 revenue of ₹504 crore with a strong EBITDA margin of 90 percent.
The results underline continued momentum in India’s hospitality and mixed-use real estate sectors, supported by strong travel demand, premium hospitality consumption, and resilient commercial leasing performance.
