Tyagi’s proven expertise in the hospitality industry makes him well-equipped to lead the Front Office team, ensuring a seamless guest experience through exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to upholding high standards of customer service, resulting in memorable stays.
Tyagi began his career as an Airport Representative at Crown Plaza Gurugram, showcasing dedication and skills that earned him successive promotions, ultimately reaching the position of Team Leader. Continuing at Hyatt, where he transitioned to the Front Office, undergoing comprehensive training across various departments in the hospitality sectors Tyagi in less than a year, was promoted to Assistant Front Office Manager. His career continued to ascend, achieving the position of Front Office Manager before joining Fairfield by Marriott. After his stint at Mariott, he joined Pride Plaza Hotel and assumed his role as Front Office Manager.
