The Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), India’s largest hospitality group, today announced the signing of a new hotel in Pahalgam, Jammu & Kashmir, under its Gateway brand. The brownfield project marks IHCL’s continued expansion into high-potential leisure destinations.

The upcoming 64-key Gateway Pahalgam will feature an all-day diner, a specialty restaurant, wellness amenities including a spa, gym, and heated pool, as well as a 2,000 sq. ft. banquet space for intimate events and gatherings.

Nestled along the Lidder River in the Himalayas, Pahalgam is renowned for its meadows, mountains, and serene vistas. With this addition, IHCL will have seven hotels in Jammu & Kashmir, including one under development.
