An MBA graduate in Marketing and Finance from Delhi Business School, Katoch brings over 13 years of diverse sales experience across leading hospitality brands in India.
Katoch began his career in 2012 as a Sales Executive with Fariyas Hotels & Resorts, managing corporate sales for both the Lonavala and Mumbai properties. He was elevated to Assistant Sales Manager in 2013. In 2014, he joined Concept Hospitality in the same role before moving to Holiday Inn Mumbai International Airport as Assistant Manager – Sales.
In 2016, he transitioned to Fairmont Jaipur, first as Regional Sales Manager – Mumbai and later, in 2017, as Sales Manager at the property. His next move came in 2019 when he joined Hilton Jaipur as Senior Sales Manager, where he was promoted to Associate Director of Sales in 2022.
In July 2022, Katoch took on the role of Associate Director of Sales at JW Marriott Juhu Mumbai. He later returned to Fairmont Jaipur in March 2023 as Associate Director of Sales, progressing to Cluster Associate Director of Sales in December 2023 and then Director of Events in January 2025.
A native of the picturesque Kangra Valley in Himachal Pradesh, Katoch belongs to the Chandravanshi Rajput Katoch clan, a lineage known for its heritage of courage, honour, and service.
Katoch now steps into his new role at Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty, bringing deep industry expertise and a proven track record in strategic sales leadership.
