Accor has rolled out its ALL Accor booking functionality on ChatGPT, marking a new step in simplifying how travellers search for and book hotels. The integration allows users to discover Accor properties, compare prices and initiate bookings directly through ChatGPT, creating a more conversational and intuitive booking experience.
Available to users since January 29, 2026, the feature enables travellers to search for hotels by entering their destination and travel dates. ChatGPT then displays available Accor properties, including public rates and exclusive pricing for members of the ALL Accor loyalty programme. Members can view preferential rates alongside detailed hotel information, helping them make faster and more informed booking decisions.
A key element of the launch is that bookings remain fully integrated with Accor’s secure systems. Once a guest selects a property, they are redirected to the official ALL Accor website to complete the reservation. This ensures that existing booking processes and loyalty benefits remain unchanged. Members continue to access perks such as exclusive discounts, upgrades and reward points, while benefiting from the ease of a conversational search interface.
Alix Boulnois, Accor’s Chief Commercial, Digital and Tech Officer, said the launch reflects changing consumer behaviour and the growing role of AI in travel planning. He added that the objective is to improve how guests discover Accor brands and interact with them in an increasingly digital-first environment, responding to demand for more intuitive and responsive booking tools.
For both leisure and business travellers, the integration is designed to bring hotel discovery earlier into the trip-planning journey. By allowing users to explore options and compare prices within ChatGPT, Accor aims to engage travellers sooner and more effectively, meeting them on platforms they already use.
The move follows a broader industry shift towards AI-powered travel search. Major online travel platforms such as Expedia and Booking.com began supporting ChatGPT-based search in late 2025, and Accor’s entry reinforces its focus on digital innovation. The ALL Accor booking feature is available in more than 20 languages across markets where ChatGPT operates, giving it global reach.
Accor said the ChatGPT integration is part of a wider push to create a more seamless digital travel experience. Beyond hotel bookings, the company continues to develop AI-driven tools such as personalised recommendations, real-time availability and dynamic pricing insights. Looking ahead, the platform also has the potential to support additional services, including dining, spa bookings and transfers, within a single conversational interface.
With the launch of ALL Accor on ChatGPT, Accor is positioning itself at the intersection of hospitality and conversational AI, offering a simpler, more accessible way for travellers to plan and book their stays while maintaining the benefits of its established loyalty ecosystem.
