The Hotel And Restaurant Association (Western India) (HRAWI) will host the 6th edition of its Conclave & Awards for ‘Empowering Hospitality’ on February 26 at Ramsukh Resorts & Spa, Mahabaleshwar.
The event will bring together hotel owners, restaurateurs, operators and industry partners for focused discussions on regulatory compliance, technology adoption and operational best practices. This year’s agenda centers on the DPDP Act, Artificial Intelligence in hospitality, and food safety and pest control standards.
The conclave will open with remarks by Pralhad Rathi, President, Mahabaleshwar Hotel Restaurant Association, followed by a welcome address from HRAWI President Jimmy Shaw. Javed Sunesara, President, Panchgani Hotels and Welfare Association, will deliver a special address. Jayasinh Mariwala, Chairman, Autohangar India Pvt Ltd, will attend as Chief Guest. Ernst & Young and Ingram Micro are among the key industry partners supporting the event.
Subject experts including Abhijit Parab (Ernst & Young), Rajesh Chopra (Ingram Micro India), Dr. V. Pasupathy (Parikshan) and Jitendra Gawade (ENVU) will lead sessions on data protection compliance, AI-driven operational efficiency, and food safety systems.
Alongside the knowledge sessions, the HRAWI Awards will recognise excellence across service, innovation, safety and sustainability within the hospitality sector.
