IHM Ranchi has consistently encouraged students to work on practical business models, integrating operational planning with financial analysis. As part of their recent capstone projects, final-year students developed comprehensive business blueprints for hospitality formats such as specialty restaurants, cafés, coffee shops, and bars. These projects were evaluated by both academic and industry experts, reflecting the institute’s strong focus on experiential learning and real-world application.
