Accor has strengthened its North India portfolio with the signing of Novotel Lucknow Convention Centre, Golf City, a 160-key property slated to open in 2031. The hotel will feature nearly 4,000 sq. m. of banqueting and event space, enhancing the city’s growing appeal as a destination for MICE, business, and social events.
Located in the rapidly developing Golf City–Ekana corridor, the property will offer connectivity to key residential and commercial hubs, Lucknow airport, and the BRSABV Ekana Cricket Stadium. The hotel is designed to cater to business travellers, sports teams, leisure guests, and convention delegates.
The property will include an all-day dining restaurant, bar, swimming pool, spa, fitness centre, and flexible meeting and event spaces. The development aligns with Accor’s strategy to expand in high-growth urban centres and emerging MICE destinations across India.
Ranju Alex, CEO – South Asia, Accor, said the signing reflects the company’s commitment to strengthening its presence in high-potential markets while addressing the evolving needs of business, sports, and leisure travellers.
The project is being developed in partnership with Amarnani Promoters Group, which believes the hotel will emerge as a preferred destination for travellers and large-format events as the Ekana corridor continues to evolve into a major commercial and lifestyle hub.
