Ventive Hospitality Limited has invested ₹50 crore in its subsidiary, Soham Leisure Ventures Private Limited, by subscribing to 50 lakh Optionally Convertible Debentures (OCDs) with a face value of ₹100 each. The debentures were issued for cash at par, with the allotment confirmed on June 3, 2026.
Soham Leisure Ventures operates the Hilton Goa Resort and is engaged in the hospitality sector in Goa. The latest investment is part of Ventive Hospitality’s ongoing capital support for the subsidiary.
The company had earlier acquired a 76% equity stake in Soham Leisure Ventures in October 2025. It also invested ₹110.5 crore and ₹25 crore through earlier OCD subscriptions in November 2025 and January 2026, respectively.
Incorporated in August 2011, Soham Leisure Ventures has an authorised capital of ₹30 crore and a paid-up capital of ₹29.56 crore. The company reported a turnover of ₹40.66 crore in FY26, compared with ₹46.19 crore in FY25 and ₹45.08 crore in FY24.
Ventive Hospitality said the OCD subscription was completed at arm’s length, with the allotment process now concluded.
